    Hallo, ik weet niet of dit in de juiste categorie staat, maar here it goes.
    Ik heb voor het inlenen van personeel een contract afgesloten met een uitzendbureau, maar nu ontvang ik de rekening via een ander bedrijf (payrolling).
    Het zijn 2 verschillende entiteiten die ogenschijnlijk geen relatie hebben.
    Hoe zit dit nu contractueel en boekhoudkundig?
    Moet ik de rekening inboeken op de payrolling, of wel op het uitzendbureau?

    Dit heb ik gevraagd. Het payrolling bedrijf fungeert als backoffice. Zij doen de verloning en facturering voor hen. Dat zij daarvoor betalen is natuurlijk hun zaak. Ik heb alleen mijn vraagtekens bij het juridische aspect.

    Boekhoudkundig ("de cijfertjes") maakt het weinig uit. Het is denk ik wel handig om dit op papier te hebben, dat je nooit gedoe krijgt 'omdat je hun rekening niet betaald hebt.'
