    Hallo allemaal,

    Vandaag voor de tweede keer in veertien dagen of twee ongevraagd post gekregen van de postbank, nu weer voor een bedrijfshypotheek.

    Ik heb daar geen behoefte aan, dus eens gekeken op postbank.nl/zakelijk.

    Daar staat netjes een item : u heeft een vraag/klacht?

    Wanneer je daar klikt op "email sturen" krijg je de melding:

     

    " Postbank Forms Error

    Sorry, service is currently not available. Please try again. "

     

    yeah right!

    Och het is geen probleem hoor....

    Ik vond het alleen wel grappig dat er een storing optreedt wanneer je een opmerking/klacht wil emailen.

    Ach, dat soort dingen heb je wel vaker..

     

    Bij storing bellen met je ISP, en de mevrouw op het bandje leest dan op "voor informatie kunt u ook terecht op onze website, www.bladiebla"... Logisch dat zo'n tekstje erop staat, maar op zo'n moment kan ik ze wel shieten :)
