  1. Well, I was thinking of the two following options. The first one is, essentially, "price negotiators" which engage in contract negotiations with suppliers and subsequently offer (sell) the beer contract to interested buyers (essentially setting their own prices). The other option is just "commission-based sales", in which the intermediary would work for the buyer, to seek potential suppliers and establish a contract between the two, basically handling the negotiations and closing the deal, earning commissions on successful deals.
  2. What licenses and permits are necessary for individuals or businesses looking to act as intermediaries between beer buyers and suppliers? Any insight or guidance would be extremely helpful. Thank you!
