      Aflossen hypotheek box 1 of 3 verstandig?

      Goedemorgen, Wij hebben dit jaar zo’n 200.000 aan velgen dat we zouden kunnen gebruiken voor een aflossing. Situatie is als volgt; eigen huis; hypotheek tegen 1,2% op 900k. (waarde huis 1.2milj) Helft van hypotheek is aflossingsvrij. box 3; appartement waarde 700k met hypotheek van 400k tegen 1.2% aflossingsvrij. is het verstandig om op de 900k hypotheek van onze eigen hypotheek af te lossen of beter in box 3 of beter zelfs de 200k in beleggingen te stoppen. looptijd beide hypotheken is overigens nog 8 jaar. dank voor jullie input! groet,
