      BTW buitenland

      Grace01 plaatste een topic in Fiscale zaken
      Bij de volgende situatie is het mij niet duidelijk of het BTW tarief 0% is of 21%. Als een Belgisch bedrijf bij mijn webshop een bestelling doet is de BTW 0%. Maar als een Nederlands bedrijf een bestelling doet en het pakje(relatiegeschenk) wil laten afleveren in Belgie wat is dan het BTW % ?? Ik dacht dat de BTW de goederen volgt, maar het lijkt mij zo vreemd om 0% aan een nederlands bedrijf te berekenen.
